When it comes to fitness and performance, there are so many factors at play. Having been a full time athlete for the last 10 years I always found it difficult to categorize these things in my head. I always felt I had so much to think about on a day-day basis.
I have reviewed dozens upon dozens of so called “wellness” models in both the academic and sport literature. I was not satisfied with any of them so I decided to mold my own!
This model will provide the basis for a lot of things which I will discuss on this blog. If nothing else, it will help us categorize our thoughts and organize performance habits.
