Types: Personal, semi-private, small groups

Locations: Online, Rothesay Netherwood School, UNBSJ, home gym

Frequency: 1-4x per week for best results, dependant on goal and scheduling

Includes: Big picture training vision, physiological testing, goal setting, strength coaching, nutrition coaching, sleep/ stress monitoring, results tracking, and paper or virtual program delivery, unlimited text and video support

NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE COACHING

Types: Personal, semi-private, small groups

Locations: Online via video conferencing

Frequency: Weekly or bi-weekly checkins

Includes: Deep health analysis, nutrition tracking system, progress reporting, virtual resource delivery, unlimited text and video support
